What to record

Enter the credential number printed below the barcode on the back of the card—not a barcode value or personal identity number.
Record the expiration date exactly as printed on your card.
Upload clear front and back images so a reviewer can identify the credential and dates when needed.

Protect your information. Only upload your own current credential through your authenticated Vessel Masters account. Confirm government eligibility requirements directly with the appropriate issuing authority.
